This class teaches tools to help navigate life’s challenges. Over four sessions, integrated behavioral health clinician associates Kevin Hoeper and Noah Drake will help you understand and manage strong emotions. You will learn healthy coping methods and build skills that make day-to-day life easier and more successful. Participants must have a La Clinica healthcare provider.
