We invite you to follow this link to the implicit bias tests available with Project Implicit.
- Choose among the several implicit bias tests available. The website offers information about the testing methodology of Implicit Association Tests (IAT), educational information, and frequently asked questions. These tools help identify associations or biases toward or against groups or people, including race, sexuality, weight, religion, gender, career, age, and disability, to name a few. This is a voluntary activity to support you in your learning. While we will not cover the results of the test in the seminar, we offer this to you as an entry into the content and material we'll be exploring together.

Thank you for registering for WellBeing, the first step in our core series. This is a personal development workshop, and participants sometimes include employees who attend in their work roles as part of professional development.
What to expect:
Participants can expect a session of learning through experiences and interaction with other group participants. They work with the full group and in smaller groups, sharing with others and learning from others. Facilitators use group coaching approaches established by the International Coaching Federation. While they may ask questions, they avoid giving advice.
The workshop offers opportunities for participants to delve deeply into how their lives are working and consider change they may want to make. Each person makes their own choice about how to participate. In the case of employees who attend at the request of an employer, The Learning Well does not report workshop outcomes to employers.
