Listening Heart

Anyone can fall in love. Living in love happens when you make loving choices moment to moment and day to day. Listening Heart teaches you and your partner, who also participates, to consistently choose to love and be loved. You’ll practice speaking clearly and honestly and listening with an open heart. You’ll learn to be honest and clear with yourself and your partner. You’ll learn to turn fear and conflict into positive sources for understanding, growth, intimacy, and the fulfillment of your deepest desires. You’ll learn to take yourselves lightly. You’ll understand how what you learned as a child both invites and limits your experience of love. You’ll learn to free yourself from past hurts, leaving you open to love fully, now. With your partner, you’ll build your relationship skills, creating a shared commitment to your lives and well-being. You’ll describe how you choose to care for yourself, each other, and your lives together. Cost is $140-$850 per person.
