Prerequisite: Must have a La Clinica health care provider, recommended for patients in their third trimester
Language: English and Spanish (separate classes)
Format: In person at La Clinica Women’s Health Center
Cost: Free for Jackson Care Connect patients. For all other participants, payment is based on our income-based sliding scale.
