Description
Join Certified Yoga Therapist Laura Winslow and learn tools and techniques for improving mobility and enhancing self-care in this relaxing online class.
This class, formerly known as Moving with Ease, offers:
- Gentle movement practices from qigong for releasing muscle and joint pain as well as chronic tension in your body
- Strengthening poses using adaptive chair yoga
- Breathing practices to calm anxiety and enhance energy
- Mindfulness and meditation to relax your mind
- Progressive muscle relaxation and guided deep relaxation to calm your nervous system
