Join Certified Yoga Therapist Laura Winslow and learn tools and techniques for improving mobility and enhancing self-care in this relaxing online class.

This class, formerly known as Moving with Ease, offers:

  • Gentle movement practices from qigong for releasing muscle and joint pain as well as chronic tension in your body
  • Strengthening poses using adaptive chair yoga
  • Breathing practices to calm anxiety and enhance energy
  • Mindfulness and meditation to relax your mind
  • Progressive muscle relaxation and guided deep relaxation to calm your nervous system
