Our Skill Group workshop is an opportunity for self-discovery and learning in relationships with others. Learn to recognize deeply rooted relational patterns. Understand how to create new ones. Then, experience how to live in the power of choice. By bringing ownership, integrity, vulnerability, and spontaneity into your interactions, you will create a deeper sense of presence, clear communication, and a greater connection to your experiences with others.

In this communications skills course, you will learn to:

Create self-awareness and clear communication in interactions
Separate the past from the present, creating freedom of choice
Use your power to create more of what you want
Turn your awareness of self-limiting behaviors into opportunities for change
Set and honor personal boundaries
Be present with yourself and others
