NEST Group


Devote time and attention to yourself at NEST, a weekly 90-minute online gathering over four weeks. Take time for self care. Focus on what you can control. With your small group and a facilitator, you’ll form a virtual nest, a place of nurturing and growth, of self-compassion and self-awareness.

You’ll learn to:
  • Nurture: Care for, advocate for, and be kind to yourself
  • Explore: Be curious, aware, and flexible, seeking others when the journey becomes difficult
  • Support: Support yourself and others
  • Tune in: Experience the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, and focus

NEST is a chance to discover and focus on what matters most to you. It’s a place to reflect on your life now and what you’d like it to be. It’s a special opportunity to create an intimate place of support among a small and committed group of learners. Attending NEST is a commitment to your ongoing well-being.
