InSight 2

The second workshop in our InSight series looks at ways you sabotage or limit your satisfaction in life and the underlying beliefs and patterns shaping these behaviors. We teach and develop skills for maintaining a resourceful state, emotional resilience, and personal effectiveness. The workshop provides a valuable toolkit for employees and is useful for anyone who wants to live and connect with others in the most effective ways.
