DISC is a behavior model that measures a person’s behavior, preferences, and tendencies. It gives a personalized profile based on four components: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. Scores in each of the four characteristics create a “behavioral makeup” that people can use to understand themselves and others. These insights are useful for both individuals and teams.
As part of our DISC Training workshop, you’ll complete a DISC assessment. Then you’ll go through a review of how to best use your strengths as you move through the world, whether it’s with a team or on your own. If you take this as a team-building workshop, we’ll share insights about how team members can use their strengths to work together.
