Breaking Free of Chronic Pain

Description

Join Breaking Free of Chronic Pain, our six-week pain management class with Certified Yoga Therapist Laura Winslow. In this class, you will gain tools to:

  • Help retrain your nervous system
  • Find more control over your mood
  • Move more freely
  • Improve your quality of life

Each session includes breathing exercises, healthy movement, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and education to help you learn how to deal with chronic pain.

Schedule: 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. over six Wednesdays.
Language: English
Format: This class is available online or in person—pick the option that works best for you. Both options provide the same tools to help you manage pain and improve well-being. The in person class will be held at the Center for Learning and Innovation.
