Ready to start exercising? Start to walk no matter your fitness level. Meet with Family Nurse Practitioner Matt Hogge, DNP-FNP, and learn the importance of exercise in relation to nutrition, stress management, chronic pain, mental health, goal setting, and weight loss. Participants will have an opportunity to meet with a healthcare provider as part of the class.
