Integrate explores our shadows—parts of ourselves we judge as negative because they do not align with who we think we “should” be—and allows us to deepen our self-acceptance. During this five-day in person workshop, you will learn to line up your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will learn to identify and follow your values; to create clear intentions; and to be impeccably accountable. You’ll create an action plan based on what you learn. And you’ll leave understanding how to carry out the plan.
