$420The final workshop in the InSight series prepares participants to provide coaching in communication, goal achievement, behavioral changes, and the development of human potential. Participants actively engage in the learning processes through peer-to-peer coaching, giving and receiving feedback, creating models for transferring knowledge and skill sets, and presentations. Students may choose to be tested and evaluated as a coach upon seminar completion. This workshop is also ideal for anyone who wants to become a coach and leader for teams and individuals seeking strong leadership and communication skills.
