Exercise for Breaking Free of Chronic Pain

Exercise for Breaking Free of Chronic Pain is a companion exercise class open to all. This is your chance to practice: healthy movements for releasing muscle and joint pain as well as chronic tension, breathing techniques for calming anxiety, mindfulness and meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation and guided deep relaxation. You do not need to have taken Breaking Free of Chronic Pain to take the exercise class. Fee is $2 to $10 per class, determined through our income-based sliding scale.
