This workshop is a chance to become aware of these conscious or unconscious patterns. As we notice them, we can transform them in positive ways that acknowledge differences and create connection instead of separation. Participants engage in individual and group experiences designed to prompt self-reflection, awareness, conversation, and personal accountability.
