Join this year-long lifestyle change program that teaches how to prevent diabetes. You’ll learn about nutrition, exercise, and weight management in a supportive setting, giving you a sense of connection as you work toward self care and greater health. Participants meet regularly for a year and cover different topics each week to support learning and practicing behaviors that will create greater well-being. You will receive important tools and group support to achieve your health goals.
