60-Hour Healthcare Interpreting Training

$795Participants get training in medical terminology, dialects, and regional language variation. Ethics and an interpreter’s role are covered. This course meets the 60-hour training requirements for the Oregon Health Authority Healthcare Interpreter application. Participants must pass bilingual language assessments to enroll. This class is a step in the process to receive Oregon’s healthcare interpreter certification.
